I have been an educator for over two decades and first became involved in project-based learning in 2015. This was mainly from conducting a two-semester long capstone project module using the CDIO approach. I have continued conducting this module to the present.
In 2022, I managed to win the gold medal for Science of Learning in the QS-Wharton Reimagine Education Awards 2022 for my university with a project entitled "The IMPART Model: Imparting Transformation through Industry-Linked Multidisciplinary Projects". This entry was based on the way I had conducted my capstone module over the years and supplemented with some transformative learning research I had carried out.
