In this paper, we reviewed the CDIO Initiative from the perspective of Professional Master Training; conceived the training objectives of Professional Master based on the understanding of CDIOs core idea; designed Masters curriculum system and teaching methods to meet the new international requirements for professionals of high-tech development constructed graduate practice platform with the support of the practical results of Material Engineering graduates in BIT during the past three years to verify that they have reached the required training objectives.
