Is your educational development unit an asset in CDIO reform?

Abstract

When comparing how CDIO is implemented in different institutions, there is a wide variety in whether and how educational development units (by whatever name they are known) have been engaged to work together with faculty in the change process. We invite to the table both leaders of CDIO reform and leaders of educational development units who are willing to share their experiences of collaboration or non-collaboration. We would like to explore these differences and discuss the conditions under which fruitful collaboration can be established.
